Active Management or Sale: We execute the mandate with full accountability — sourcing tenants or buyers, managing the property, handling documentation, and keeping the client informed at every stage.
Reporting & Review: We report regularly and invite client review. At agreed intervals, we assess performance, address any issues, and plan for the next period. Our relationship with a client does not end at a transaction.
